I was offered a room with absolutely fabulous views of the elevator. The staff was welcoming, provided an efficient check-in and a late check-out. The location couldn't be more marvellous in the luxury or concierge tower.

Its location in Reno was great, short walk to many shops and restaurants and the other casinos. Again, Tighe Park was within easy reach.

There was service missing, I was a little disappointed.

Reasonably priced place, had a great stay in town for the holidays. The hotel's position was great, just next door to everything-professional and the Freemont Street casinos in Vegas and the conference center. Also, Tighe Park access was convenient, within 10 minutes walk. We went to oyster bar and ordered sushi and seafood.

I enjoyed it, recommendable. Everything was good, the parking was close to hotel, the room was large and stylish. The restaurant was top-notch for dinner here, I had delicious dishes. Wi-Fi and a carpet were available in the room.

The hotel was modern and luxury, I loved it, especially the elevator view. The location was good, feet from Old Town Mall. There were a mall and gift stores around the property. It had a good restaurant for the breakfast at parrot restaurant.

The hotel was perfect and clean, with super-friendly and extremely polite staff who gave “ great service ”. The location of the property was incredible, in a keno tournament.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this amazing spa. The variety of services they offer is exceptional. I enjoyed spending time in the brine room, polar pool, and rain room after my 90-minute massage. The facials were also top-notch with a wide range of options to choose from. The knowledgeable staff helped me select the perfect facial for my skin type. The facilities, staff, and ambiance were all perfect. I had a wonderful and rejuvenating experience at this spa.

High standard and freshly cleaned room, extravagant breakfast. Favourable and ideal location for visiting cafés and bars.

We liked rooms with queen bed. The team provided a good service. Actually everything was great, our next choice again in Reno🙂🙂

Hopefully the room was newly remodelled with a fabulous view, nice toiletries. Its location was good and ideal, to far out into walking area, and in a downtown area.

The location was favourable, just next door to casinos in general as well as the Steakhouse -- excellent atmosphere with great hosts.

Highly recommended for one night. This hotel was reasonable base for exploring Reno, truly enjoyed it and venue’s superfriendly and affable staff who gave “ great service ”. Very central location was a plus. Also, we visited Old Town Mall, located relatively near the hotel, was an unplanned pleasure. The restaurant was top-notch for the breakfast at parrot restaurant, we ordered delicious dishes.

Marvellous breakfast and fashionable, new-fashioned rooms. Ideal and favourable location just next door to Old Town Mall.

Great swimming pool area and tasty breakfast with Toucan Charlie's extensive, the awesome view, beer. Newly renovated and reasonably large room with comfortable bed and such wonderful experience.

The hotel is fantastic, it has incredibly nice staff that was right on with service.
